The “Green” Roll Crusher

The green economy is experiencing tremendous growth and one of our customers needed another fluorescent light bulb roll crusher to keep up with demand of consumers turning in fluorescent bulbs to help the recycling movement.  Our customer “crushes” the fluorescent bulb and recovers all parts of it including glass, aluminum and mercury for future fluorescent bulbs.  Our customer purchased their original bulb roll crusher from a company in Germany 30 years ago and couldn’t find the company, so they asked us to help.   The machine could not be removed from its location.  So we went to our customer, took dimensions, asked critical performance questions and made a new and improved roll crusher in 1 months’ time.  Our customer was very happy and impressed that we could give him what he needed.
